Returns

  • Eligibility: You may request a return for items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, or items marked as final sale, cannot be returned.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

Exchange Policy – 30 Days After Delivery:

We offer exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to Start a Return

  2. Our team will provide detailed instructions and the return address for your item.
  3. Please do not return items without prior authorization.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
