Our team processes and ships orders within 1-3 business days. Depending on the package weight, orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx Ground, or FedEx SmartPost. While we aim for timely delivery, most orders typically arrive within 5-15 business days. However, carriers may experience delays, so we kindly ask for your patience.

We are unable to modify products once an order is placed. However, if your order is still in the processing stage, we may be able to update the shipping address or cancel the order.
